DoSponsor operates a talent supply network: a shared place for agencies, the talent they represent, and the brands they work with to manage briefs, applications, agreements, delivery and payment. Access is by invitation. Client-facing materials are delivered through secure, purpose-scoped links rather than a self-serve dashboard.
Commercial terms are set by written agreements — services agreements, campaign orders and talent services agreements. A document shared for review is a non-binding draft until signed by all required parties. A signed agreement does not itself create a payment obligation; the funding conditions stated in the agreement control when work and payments activate.
Fees are invoiced and paid under the terms of the applicable agreement. Managed capacity represents permitted contract value — it is not prepaid spending and does not create an account balance. Talent and agency payouts are released after the contractual completion and approval requirements in the applicable agreement, except where law requires earlier payment.
You represent that profile, social and audience information supplied is accurate and current, that you hold the rights to deliver contracted work, and that you will honor usage, exclusivity, confidentiality and advertising-disclosure obligations stated in your agreements. Agencies must be authorized to act for the roster members they submit.
Autobots is an AI assistant that acts through permission-checked business tools. It may prepare drafts, summaries and routine actions, but it cannot finalize legally binding documents, move money, or change records of consequence without the required human authorization. Do not share passwords or credentials in chat. Conversations may be retained to operate and audit the service.
You may not probe, overload or abuse the service; submit unlawful, infringing or deceptive content; attempt to access another party's data; or use the platform to run undisclosed or non-compliant advertising. We may suspend access for violations.
Secure review, signing and client links are issued for specific purposes, expire, and may be revoked. Do not forward them outside the intended recipients. You are responsible for actions taken through links you share onward.
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, DoSponsor's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable to us under the relevant agreement for the period stated in that agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for acts of talent, agencies, brands or third-party providers.
