Account and profile details (name, email, role, agency affiliation); talent profile information including public social metrics, categories, locations and indicative figures you or your agency supply; business records (applications, offers, agreements, signatures, deliverables, invoices, payment metadata); conversations with Autobots and support; and technical data (device, IP, usage, cookies) needed to run and secure the service.
To operate the talent supply network: roster management, matching and brief evaluation, applications, negotiation, contracting, fulfillment, invoicing and payouts, support, safety and abuse prevention, legal compliance (including advertising-disclosure records), and service improvement. We do not sell personal data.
Autobots conversations and the business context they act on are processed to answer and execute requests, and to evaluate routing quality and safety. AI providers receive only the task-relevant context under their processing terms. Consequential actions require human authorization regardless of what the AI suggests.
We share data with: counterparties only through purpose-scoped secure links containing exactly the documents or packages intended for them; service providers under contract (hosting, email, payment processing, e-signature, AI inference); and authorities when legally required. Your data is isolated by organization — one agency never sees another agency's roster or contracts.
Agencies may register talent before the individual claims an account. We keep talent identity separate from agency representation so a creator can later claim a profile without inheriting another party's access or losing contract history.
We retain business records for the life of the relationship plus the period required by law and contract; Autobots conversations persist so threads remain resumable and auditable. We use encryption in transit, scoped credentials, access logging and least-privilege staff access.
Update profile details and notification preferences in the console; archive conversations; request export or deletion where law requires — legal, contractual and financial records are retained as required. Contact: talent-support@dosponsor.com.
The service is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed to children under 16. Data may be processed in the United States.
